Our Silver Spring dentist office has taken every possible precaution to protect the health and safety of patients and staff using the current COVID-19 pandemic. Preventing the spread of infection and providing the highest standard of care in a safe environment is first and foremost.
One of the most important aspects of our new infection control protocol is a safe waiting area where patients can be screened, wait for their appointment, and get ready for their entry into the office. Drs. Dechter, Moy, and the dental team at our office wanted to make this process as fun as possible with the goal of reducing anxiety and allowing patients to benefit from the health aspects related to being outside while waiting for their dental care to begin. We have created an outdoor waiting area that is shady and fun. Our new “al fresco” waiting room also allows for appropriate social distancing.
Bring a book or magazine of your own, bring your mask, and enjoy the fresh air and local action right outside our door. We will come and get you for your appointment, take your temperature and ask a few questions to be sure you are not currently experiencing coronavirus symptoms.
It is important to resume your routine dental care and we want you to feel safe and comfortable when you come in for a dental appointment. Our dental care team is trained and prepared to keep our office safe and to protect your health when providing your dental treatment.
